In the year 1992 he graduated on the Faculty of Chemical Technology of the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava – department of wood, fiber and composite material. After his studies in the year 1992 he started to work in SCP mill in Ružomberok, where he worked on different positions requiring organizational, technical, theoretical and practical knowledge. Gradually he worked as assistant in research and development department, start up man of new cooking technology in Pulp mill, Recovery line manager and from the year 2010 he is working as Operations Manager Pulp in Mondi SCP, a.s. He is married and has three children.

In 1983 graduate of the Secondary School for Chemistry in Banská Štiavnica, he studied in 1983-87 at the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava at the Faculty of Chemical Technology.
After completing university, Mr. Kotulač joined the Company, then called Chemicelulóza, š.p., and has worked here ever since. In 1987 he was named to the position of foreman of the cellulose manufacturing section and subsequently became Operations Manager for chemical pulp production. Starting in 1994, he was manager of tissue paper manufacturing and wastepaper processing until he was appointed Manufacturing and Technical Director on 1 May 2003.
Based on his professional work experience, Mr. Kotulač was appointed Manufacturing and Technical Director at Metsa Tissue Poland in Krapkowice, serving from 1 June 2008 to 31 August 2009. Since 1 July 2010, he has been Manufacturing and Technical Director for both Metsa Tissue Poland and Žilina.
He is married and has three children.

In 1965 he graduated at the Slovak Technical University, faculty of Electrical Enginnering, the Production and distribution of electrical energy. Until 1970 he was working as a power plant engineer in the national company Tatra Kop?ivnice, the factory in Bánovce nad Bebravou. In the years of 1971 till 1974 he was working as a manager of PSV Agrostav Topo??any, the centre in Rybany. From 1975 he worked at General head office of Slovcepa, in technical department, later in production department as a specialist, department manager and division manager. After the liquidation of General head office he worked in the Federation of the Pulp replicas de relojes and Paper Industry in Banská Bystrica as a manager of training. From 1992 till Decemeber 31, 1996 he worked as a businessman.

In 1976 he graduated the Civil Faculty of Slovak Technical University in Bratislava. After finishing his studies he started to work as the replique montre pas cher project engineer - static. Gradually he moved on posts of liable project engineer to project manager. In 1990 upon competition he got the post of a director of Celprojekt, š.p. (state owned company). Transforming the state owned company to an incorporated company he was appointed as a general relojes de imitacion director.He is a member of various commitees at town agency in Ružomberok. He is married and has three children .

After graduating from high school he studied in HF VST Kosice, which he successfully accomplished with astate concluding exam. After graduating from the university on 16th July 1979 he entered awork position as the main machanic. After concluding ZVS in 1979-1980, he returned back to Bukoza, Vranov, HM division. In 1981 he changed his position replicas de relojes and started working in the pulp-mill, servise division, as an independent service technologist. Between 1983 and 1994 he had aposition of main mechanic in this operation. Since December 1994 he was director of DCHV.
Since May 1st 1997he was director of Bukocel, a.s. Since September 17th 2007 he is amember of the advisory board of all stock cooperations Bukoza Holding. He is married with three children.

In 1987 he graduated the Faculty of Chemistry and Technology of the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava. After finishing his study he started to work in Pulp and Paper Research Institute (VÚPC) Bratislava. During the years of 1993 and 1995 he was working as a Project Manager of various foreign and domestic projects. Since 1995 he was working as a Head of the Department of Automation and Chemical Engineering. In 1997 he finished his external PhD study at the Faculty of Chemistry and Technology of the Slovak Technical University in Bratislava. Since January, 1997 he is the Chairman of the Board and the General Director of the Pulp and Paper Research Institute. He is a Chairman of the Boad of Directors of the Slovak Woodprocessing Industry Development Centre. He is a vice-president of the Czech and Slovak Technical Association of Pulp and Paper Industry (SPPC) and a member of the Supervisory Board of the Slovak Pulp and Paper Industry Federation (ZCPP SR). He is a member of the CEPI BOARD and CEPI-ADGroup. He is married and has two children.
